Swapfiets’ B2B Information & Tax Brochure was created as a communication tool for potential business partners, highlighting how cycling subscriptions can support a sustainable, healthy, and cost-effective lifestyle for employees. Originally built on a set of functional Google Slides, the brochure needed a stronger visual identity that aligned with Swapfiets’ brand while remaining flexible for the B2B team to update and adapt.
As the designer, I restructured the slides into a clear, eye-catching layout that paired concise information with bold visuals, making complex tax benefits and business advantages easier to understand. The brochure’s design leaned on Swapfiets’ recognisable brand palette, typography, and imagery to create a sense of professionalism with an approachable tone—ensuring it resonated with corporate stakeholders while staying true to Swapfiets’ playful character.
The final outcome was a branded, user-friendly brochure that gave the B2B team a versatile tool for presentations and outreach, helping position Swapfiets as not just a bike subscription service, but a partner in sustainable business solutions.
