For the 2024 end-of-year Swapfiets Global Heartbeat, the social media team introduced a fresh, humorous twist on the usual Management Team video by creating a vlog. The project is lead by of in-house digital content creator, Clement Rebouillat. As the video & graphic design intern, I assisted in scripting and developing a narrative where each team member was portrayed with distinct, exaggerated characteristics. To capture the right moments and ensure audience engagement, Clement worked alongside creative intern, Stevina Romswinckel, who directed the actors' performances to bring these quirky personalities to life while I was behind the camera to film each moment precisely.
In post-production, my role primarily focused on crafting a cohesive story that maximised the humour from the footage. The final step included color grading, which was applied to enhance the warm, playful vibe of the company and ensure visual consistency throughout the video. The result was a fun and engaging vlog that kept the audience hooked from start to finish, perfectly capturing the spirit of Swapfiets’s management in a lighthearted and memorable way.
