Project Type:

Figma, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Firefly, NanoBanana, ChatGPT, Google Gemini
I powered DEU DEU’s social presence by producing, directing, and editing content that blended fashion energy with crisp storytelling across Instagram Reels, Stories, and static posts. My role spanned concepting, shooting, retouching, and post-production, all while shaping a consistent visual identity that echoed DEU DEU’s minimalist, luxe aesthetic.
Analytics proves to produce an average engagement rate of 7%, peaking at 31% for community-led product launches which outperformed the benchmark of 2% for other nano-accounts, further growing followers by 66% in a span of 5 months.
I produced and edited Reels built around coordinated outfits, stylised transitions, and custom text overlays that averaged 1.5K views and supported a 20% lift in saves.
Alongside video, I retouched 30+ images and carousels using Photoshop and Adobe Firefly, refining textures and removing blemishes to maintain a polished, editorial look.

A key part of my contribution was developing a unified visual system for the brand: typography, colour palette, layout patterns, motion pacing. This framework now guides everything from feed posts to web headers and Stories, reinforcing the brand’s monochrome-with-earth-tones identity. I also crafted captions and micro-copy that sharpened the brand voice, contributing to a recent 10% rise in likes and an 8% increase in shares.
Beyond daily content, I created shot-lists, scouted minimalist urban locations, and directed model shoots that leaned into Instagram-first styling. Filming, pacing, and editing choices were guided by curated mood references to ensure the content always felt aligned with DEU DEU’s creative intent.
The Next Big Set Series
One of my biggest contributions was leading creative direction and editing for DEU DEU’s first-ever video series: The Next Big Set. The project followed the full creation of a new set, built closely with the community through polls, comments, and voice-note feedback. The series leveraged high-intent interactions, such as 115 poll responses in the first episode alone and 66 responses for fabric selection.
The series finale, "Episode #7: The Big Reveal," became the highest-engaged post of the year with 313 likes, significantly outperforming standard collection launches.
I shaped the entire creative language of the series — colour palette, fonts, editing style, pacing, music, and overall vibe — aiming for something playful, confident, and transparent about the behind-the-scenes chaos of designing clothing from scratch. This series demonstrates an ability to use social media as a focus group, reducing market risk and increasing customer buy-in before production. My personal discovery during the process: fabric wrinkles are out to get us, but they also made me refine my eye for detail more than ever.

Additional Explorations
I also began experimenting with NanoBanana to optimise DEU DEU’s website images, ad assets, and social-ready visuals, helping the brand sharpen consistency across platforms.
